VAG (AUDI) Performance-Marque Transaxle

Close-ratio aluminium cased transaxle retains the standard Ford starter when mated to a Ford Duratec using Mamba's unique chrome moly steel flywheel & adaptor.
A STANDARD VAG organic clutch is used, as in VAG's 300+ bhp sports cars.
This is a very economic, high-performance solution for mid-engined installations.

Input capacity - 260 lbft (spec'd for 1.5 tonne vehicle)
Dry weight - 45 kg
Gear ratios :
1st - 3.5
2nd - 2.12
3rd - 1.43
4th - 1.09
5th - 0.84
3.75:1 final drive.

We can also supply fitted with a Quaife ATB differential.
